If you love the art and history of Ancient Rome you cannot give up on this tour: a fantastic trip to two of the most renowned Roman villas, Villa Adriana and Villa D’Este, named UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
The driver will wait for you at your hotel in Rome and comfortably seated in one of our luxury cars or minivans you will arrive in Tivoli. The first stop is Villa Adriana, located in the plain below Tivoli and stands out for the imposing grandeur of the architecture. It was built by Emperor Hadrian (hence the name), the structure of the villa was inspired by Nero's Domus Aurea and consists of a set of monumental buildings, spas, libraries, temples, artificial lakes. It is a real city spread over an area of about 3000 hectares, in which the complex is divided into four different nuclei. You can book your admission ticket, audio guides or guided tour with us (the maximum duration of the walking tour is 2 and a half hours).

Moving towards the center of Tivoli we reach Villa D’Este, the second stage of the tour; this villa is a masterpiece of the Italian garden. In its garden you can admire an enormous concentration of Baroque fountains, water lilies, caves, water games and music.
The symbol of the Villa is the Organ Fountain: the Frenchman Claude Venard had invented a device that with the fall of the water caused the air to escape from the pipes while, at the same time, another device lowered the keys creating sweet melodies. Today it is in operation thanks to an important restoration work and is activated every 2 hours starting at 10.30am.
